LeBeau named PFW/PFWA Assistant Coach of the Year

Yesterday, Steelers' defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau was named PFW/PFWA Assistant Coach of the Year. It's the second time LeBeau has won the award, and the fourth time in 16 years that a Pittsburgh assistant has walked away with the honor.

it ashame this guy didn't make it as a head coach, it is so much different to be a head coach, but it is what it is what it is. the steelers should come out the victors, and i can tell you all, the lebeaus defense are responsible for 6 wins this 2008 steelers season. look at the final scores of these games and think about how they have ended. not to discount the offense cause they did have to score, but look at the overtime games, the last minute wins, i mean for the schedule we played this year, to only lose 4 games, this defense came to play this year, and didn't take any of these games lightly. a loyal steeler fan,,,
