In the category of well, duh, ESPN ranks Steelers' fans the "best" fans in the NFL, edging out the Green Bay Packers for first place. By virtue of being ranked #32, the Arizona Cardinals have the "worst" fans, rivaled only by those of the Detroit Lions (#31) and Atlanta Falcons (#30).
