Arians tabbed as new offensive coordinator

New head coach Mike Tomlin has promoted former WR's coach Bruce Arians to offensive coordinator. Arians has been the Steelers' WR's coach since 2004. Prior to that he was offensive coordinator for the Cleveland Browns.
